Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pick up my purchase?
You can pick-up your order from my home at 32 Tilleys Lane, Lucindale, SA. Get in contact with Lisa to organise a convenient pick-up time.
How does my purchase get delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your address on an agreed day and time. We deliver to most local areas, and are willing to travel further for large orders or grazing table orders. All deliveries incur a travel fee which can be selected in the shipping information. For more details, please see the delivery policy.
Will my box or board be the same as the photos?
I do my best to source the freshest produce available within our region, this means that sometimes certain produce isn't available. I do my best to substitute with what I can find in the store. I also like to keep things interesting and trial new cheeses, crackers, meats, and other treats as I find them, so you can try something new each time your order!
No two boxes are the same! each box is uniquely yours! If you would like a box replicated I can do my best to do so, but please keep in mind produce may change in season.
Can I customise my order?
We welcome any customisations or special requests, as we all have foods we may not like. I want to ensure my customers have a great experience and would like for you to enjoy every inch of your delicious box, platter or table! So please don't hesitate to message me with a customisation request.
If you would like to get creative, I can also cater to colour-themes for events such as baby showers etc., or can make occasion-themed orders for special birthdays etc.
How much notice do I need to give?
For boxes I require a minimum of 48 hours, this gives me enough time to source products and organise the delivery schedule if needed. Cancellation fees do apply after the 48 hours. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.
For grazing tables I require at least a week notice, again so I have time to bake your goodies, and source products or props.
How do I return the grazing boards and equipment?
Grazing platters, and other props used for grazing tables can be returned via arrangements with Lisa.
All platters must be washed down with a cloth in warm soapy water (NOT soaked or scrubbed)
Grazing tables/platters will require a $100 deposit which will be added to your cart price- this covers damage or loss. This $100 will be refunded via cash or transfer upon return of boards/props.
Why can’t I add a grazing table to cart?
Grazing tables are totally individual and customisable so options must be discussed with Lisa before a price can be determined. An invoice will be sent for payment after the order is finalised.
How long does the setup take for Grazing tables?
Most Grazing tables take approx. 1-1.5 hours.
Although, grazing table set- up times will vary depending on their size. Once we have discussed your requirements, I can give you a more specific time guide.
Do I need to supply anything for my grazing table order?
You will need to supply the table, however, we will supply everything else you need to make your grazing table the life of the party. Including all boards, platters, props, dip spoons, cheese knives, greenery and flowers.
If you require a trestle table this will be an added cost of $40. If your guests would prefer plates and cutlery you will need to supply these. Alternatively, we can provide disposable plates and cutlery items at an additional cost.
